📅 Eligibility Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Return/Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unworn with all original tags still attached.
- Not eligible for return/exchange:
- Customer-damaged products
- Used items
- Custom-made items or suits
🔄 Exchange Process
- Requirements: Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service).
- Timeframe: Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
🔙 Return Process
- Timeframe: Same as exchanges – items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Customer covers return costs (trackable service recommended).
❌ Order Cancellation
- Only possible for orders that haven’t been shipped (please contact customer service promptly).
- For shipped orders: You must receive the items first, then initiate a return.
- Refused delivery: No refund will be issued.

- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
