Shipping Policy

    All shipping times exclude customs clearance/customs delays. You can visit our tracking order page at any time to track your package, and the shipping costs are different in different countries. The following is our logistics fee schedule:

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

We ship to PO BOX and overseas locations with USPS. Customers must complete a correct shipping address with APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, SPACE#, BUILDING#, etc. for delivering your orders.

Please be advised to place an order as early as possible for national holidays shopping, wedding, prom, graduation, etc.

ORDER PROCESSING

All suits are handmade. We need 3 - 4 days to make (process the order) and ship time takes about 5 ~ 8 days.
Shipping days are Monday through Friday, holiday orders will be processed on business days. No weekend delivery or shipping. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

RETURN & REFUSE PACKAGE

When a package is returned to the shipper if UPS/FedEx cannot complete delivery or if delivery is refused, we receive the item back in our warehouse. The refund process will take within 5 business days.

Shipping is a non-refundable service so we charge a flat rate fee $30 to cover shipping.

Tracking number

After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, with a tracking number included.
